What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in with magic links.
• Your business website and the brand brief we derive from public pages on it.
• Payment records from Razorpay. We never see or store card numbers.
• OAuth tokens for social accounts you connect. They are encrypted at rest and used only to publish posts you approved.
• The posts we generate and their publishing status.

How we use it

To rank you, to generate and publish content, to show your public profile, and to email you about your account. We do not sell data.

Third parties

Razorpay processes payments. Meta and X receive posts and the tokens they issued. AI providers receive your brand brief and website text to generate content.

Deleting your data

Disconnect a social account to delete its token immediately. Email hello@bidboard.co.in to delete your business and account entirely. You can also revoke access from Instagram or X settings at any time.
